As you can see I have spent way too much time on this today -- but this is the first opportunity I have had to really sit down and look at some of these sites.

Techcrunch seems to be the opt blog.

Web 2.0

This is a very exciting time for libraries. So many changes, so much to explore. Web 2.0 means more interaction in new ways with people who use our services.

I looked up Greenacres, Florida and found the lawsuit against RJ Gators for the pie in the face. Now they are out of business.

I think technology is great. I like to use technology but I don't have time to understand it in depth.

RSS

The library could use an RSS feed to update patrons on changes in policies and new services.

Playing catch up

I'm still trying. I had to start a new blog. I hope that this still counts.

I am supposed to blog about technology. I'm more interested in using technology than understanding it. I don't have an iPod because I don't want to download all the songs I like.

I know I need to understand these things so I will continue on in the process.
